Questions
The doctor will see you now.
The usual questions, by topic. If it’s not here, it’s probably on the show’s own page.

Tickets
All about tickets →Where do I buy tickets?
On Entradium. Your ticket lands in your inbox; show it on your phone at the door.
Entradium ↗What does the festival pass include?
The festival pass gets you into every session marked “Festival pass” and the night shows (the €25 tickets are for non-pass holders), plus priority for the ones that need booking.
All about tickets →What do the colours in the programme mean?
They’re the entry type. White: free (booking or not). Petrol blue: festival pass. Yellow: ticket, i.e. the night shows.
Getting in and times
Getting here →Do the free shows need booking?
Most are free entry until the room is full. The ones that need booking say so on their page.
What if a show sells out, changes or gets cancelled?
You’ll see it in the programme and on its page: “Sold out”, “Change”, “Cancelled”. If you’d saved it in La meva Llama, it tells you what changed.
Are the times final? What does the ~ mean?
All times are Barcelona time. When the end time has a “~” in front, it’s an estimate: we worked it out. If a show has no time yet, it says “Time to be confirmed”.
Where is each show?
Every show lists its venue and room. Getting here has the addresses, maps and how long it takes to get from one to the other.
Getting here →Language and age
What language are the shows in?
Each has its own. Once confirmed, it’s on the show’s page, and you can filter the programme by language.
See the programme →La meva Llamayour festival plan
Open La meva Llama →How do I plan my festival?
Save the shows you fancy and go to La meva Llama. No sign-up needed: share it with a link.
Where is it saved? What if I switch phones?
In your browser and in the link you can copy. Open that link on the other phone and your plan will be there.
Will it tell me if something changes?
Yes. If a saved show changes time or place, or gets cancelled, La meva Llama tells you. Subscribe to the calendar and your phone updates itself.
What if two shows clash?
It’ll tell you: it flags clashes and warns you when you’re cutting it fine getting from one venue to another.
